Roy Ju and Mike Jennings were recently invited to speak at a “How to Pass Actuarial Exams” webinar, hosted by the Actuarial Students’ National Association (ASNA). They were joined by Stephen Camilli, President of ACTEX Learning, to offer unique study advice from years of passing exams and leading an actuarial learning company.
Roy and Mike are the authors of the book Actuarial Exam Tactics: Learn More, Study Less. This book presents the study strategies that helped Roy Ju become the world’s youngest actuary, finishing the SOA’s exams, and becoming an FSA, at the age of 20. As co-author, Mike Jennings tested these techniques and accelerated his own exam process, passing 2 preliminary exams, a fellowship exam, the FAP modules and the FSA modules in 15 months.
